Whatever happens, happens.

I am witness only.

Calmly get used to it,

steadfastly and surely.

With awareness of Anicca,

attachments lose its power.

By staying as the Self,

ego draw near retirement.

Be in the centre,

where is this lightness.

Come back here so often,

as possibly you can.

Dukkha, experience every being;

in the way out of misery,

Anatta -egolessness- make it real;
